• • Oversized baggage must be disclosed before travel.
• • IE Shuttle is not responsible for unattended belongings.
• • Lost or damaged items should be reported immediately.

• • Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
• • Grace periods may apply depending on the service booked.
• • Excessive delays may result in additional waiting fees.
• • No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.

• • Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup qualify for refunds.
• • Late cancellations may not be refundable.
• • Refund processing times vary depending on payment method.
• • No refunds for missed rides or no-show passengers.

• • Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited.
• • Seatbelts must be worn throughout the ride.
• • Disruptive behavior may result in service termination.
• • Passengers are liable for intentional vehicle damage.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing legally required child safety seats. Child seats may be available upon request, subject to availability.

IE Shuttle is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, severe weather, road closures, airport delays, or other events beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service. IE Shuttle is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service interruptions.

Customer information is securely handled and used solely for reservations, communication, and operational purposes.

Users may not misuse the website, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer data.

IE Shuttle reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
